drop body fat percentage question
Ok so I'm fairly new to tracking body fat % so sorry if I seem naive. My current body fat % is 41.1% :-( would it be possible to drop 6.1% to get me to 35 in 4 weeks. As you can tell I really have no idea what. A good goal is :-/

slight discomfort after jogging walking interval
I have a slight discomfort/cramping sorta feeling after doing a jogging walking interval. I think it's just ligaments stretching. I'm just over 17weeks. Does anyone else get this?

Do you think a body combat class would be too much? I'm nearly 15 weeks I haven't really got a belly yet and I've been trying to exercise regularly. I've been wanting to join my friend for a session at the gym and the next time she's going she is doing a body combat class.

extreme fatigue
Has anyone got any ways to try and help with extreme fatigue? I'm in the first trimester still nearly 8weeks and fatigue has hit me like a ton of bricks. I rest when I can but I also have 2 young kids at home. Any ideas would be great. :drinker:

My partner and I have been etc baby #3.
