Ok so I'm fairly new to tracking body fat % so sorry if I seem naive. My current body fat % is 41.1% :-( would it be possible to drop 6.1% to get me to 35 in 4 weeks. As you can tell I really have no idea what. A good goal is :-/

Not likely, but impossible to say without you listing your weight.0

I wouldn't worry too much about how fast you can lose it. Just watch what you're eating and it will come down. if you have a lot of weight to lose then it will be easier to lose weight in the beginning. It typically becomes harder to lose weight as you get Thinner.0

People say it's a lot easier to gain weight than to lose it, but I disagree. It has taken me nearly eleven years to gain 55 pounds, yet I have lost 18 of them in three months. I'm sure it will take me much longer to lose the rest, but as long as you eat less and move more, it works every time. People who sleep late and indulge on french fries dipped in mayonnaise are not going to lose as much as people who rise early, hit the gym or walking trails, and drink a protein shake for breakfast. Go figure.0

I'd say no. I tend to drop around 2% body fat per 7 pounds of weight. So you'd have to drop about 21 pounds in 4 weeks - which I could'nt do personally, but everyone is different. The lowest body fat I've been as a 38 year old woman was 19% and the highest was 30%- with 42pounds weight loss between them.0

Haha what makes you say that? I'm a night owl / late sleeper, and I love me some fries and mayo. I've never woken up early to go to the gym (I go after work) and I don't drink protein shakes. And I've lost 25lbs in 4 months and am only 15lbs from my goal.
This is how these myths get spread around.
Weight loss is about calories in < calories out. The rest is just personal preference.
