Arms
I've always hated my arms. At 267lbs, I had 'wings' and they were awful. As I lost the weight I still hated my arms. They were one area I thought would never change. They aren't quite where I want them.. but I can finally see a dramatic difference! It feels great.

Changing MFP Goals
So today I entered my weight, id lost a few more pounds (14.8lbs in total), and it asked if I wanted to change my goals now that I've lost weight. How often should you reset your goals? Do you change your original weight to your new weight? Any other tips/information/ideas on this?! Thanks!

Margarine Substitute
When I make a sandwich I need something on the bread other than the veggies/meat that im using. Ive always used Margarine, mustard, mayo. I need something to use instead of margarine, I feel like its too much in my diet!! What are some good spreads that are low in calories and great on a sandwich/wrap/pita? THANKS!
