My snacking is out of control lately!! >.<
I am staying under my calorie goal. Im working out 4-5 days a week and trying to drink lots of water.
But after I eat my full meals, and I still have tons of calories left for the day, and I just feel like I HAVE TO EAT THEM. So I snack on everything to use up those calories. It feels weird.. like cheating. But Im always under my goal..
Arg. Advice?

Well according to your ticker, whatever you are doing is working for you!
Have you tried pre-logging your whole day, including snacks? I always plan for a morning snack (usually a luna protein bar) and an afternoon snack (full fat greek yogurt), and then I like to leave 150-200 for an after-dinner treat. Don't feel guilty about eating snacks!0 -
i think it's fine to do that if you are meeting your macros! you should be eating the calories you are alotted...so it's all good.
are you doing a lot of crappy foods or snacking on some good stuff? i guess that would make a difference in your overall health - but if you have the calories i'm not sure you should worry TOO much0 -
Sounds like there's no problem - your meals are under what you need for calories, so you snack to fill that need! If snacking isn't cohesive with your lifestyle, you can just make your meals bigger so you get the calories you're getting from snacking now in your meals instead.0

I definitely need to up the amount of cals for my individual meals. this way I think Ill be less likely to snack on not so great stuff later..0
