I'm just soooo tired this last week.

Im sitting here at work, barely able to keep my eyes open.

Ive been sleeping regular hours, if not MORE.

Ive been eatting around 1500 cals a day (more on days where im hungrier)

I work out 3-4 times a week for about 1 1/2 hour - a mixture of cardio and weights...


and Im just feeling drained.. I just want to sleep....

    Do you take a daily multivitamin? That has always helped me, as far as iron intake and B vitamins and such. I can't possibly cover everything adequately from diet alone, so I take one every day and it's always helped.
