So today I entered my weight, id lost a few more pounds (14.8lbs in total), and it asked if I wanted to change my goals now that I've lost weight. How often should you reset your goals? Do you change your original weight to your new weight? Any other tips/information/ideas on this?! Thanks!

    Nothing? I need answers! LOL
  • Well, I like the idea of eating for the body you want and not for the body you have, so I wouldn't change the cal intake too often.

However, I think that you should listen to yourself. Are you comfortable eating/exercising as much as you do? Do you feel tired? Are you hungry often? Are you losing at a comfortable pace?

As for the other tips, well, I've found it very effective to not eat after a certain time (7 pm for me). I'm not sure if many people do that here, but it really does wonders. You're more likely to eat something loaded with sugar and calories, because at night we often work late hence feel tired hence the junk food consumption.

Hope I was of help :)
