Today I went to have some rice, on the box it says 150 cal for 3/4 of a cup. Is this 3/4 dry? Or the amount after its cooked? Same with Pasta?

It's cooked. I sent an email to Catelli asking them that as I love their Healthy Harvest past.0

It SHOULD say cooked or dry, but I happen to know rice is ~200 cal per cooked cup, so that info is for cooked rice.0
