Friday Weigh In?!
I am starting to weigh in on Fridays for 2 reasons: 1. I bust my butt all week and Friday usually shows it 2. Motivation to stick to healthy eating over weekend. Anyone with me for a Friday weigh in??????

Close to goal? What keeps you pushing at 100%
So I am pretty comfortable with the way I look right now (though more toning is needed on the lower half). I push pretty darn hard 6 days a wk and Im kinda getting tired. New leg workout needed
I need a new leg workout! Currently I am alternating P90x legs & back AND 1:1 w/ Tony Horton Plyo legs....KINDA need a break from Tony but need a SERIOUS workout. I prefer dvd workouts to keep me motivated as opposed to creating my own. Any suggestions?

It could be that you are consuming to many calories. I completed P90x & got great results but only lost 12 lbs. Invest in a Heart Rate Monitor with a calorie burn counter to track how many calories you burn. They anticipate that you will burn 600 per workout and so have you consume atleast 2000 cals!
