Last 12 lbs!!

I need some advice, direction on getting these last 12 lbs off!!! I am losing only .4oz a wk!!! I am doing a combination of Insanity & P90x/ Spinning/ kickboxing and doubles on most days. Still doing a double only provides me with abt. 450-500 cal burn!! I am within or slightly under my cals per day with maybe 1 day going slightly over.
Any helpful advice on how you've succeeded in meeting your goal will be MUCH appreciated. :wink:

  • just be patient - it takes the longest to lose those last few pounds. if you're still losing, then you're doing it right!

    the only other thing i would say is see if you can bring something new into your fitness routine - you may be stuck on one of those "plateaus."

    I agree that the last pounds take a while to get off. But, you also might consider taking a serious rest week. Don't lower your calories that much (like down to 1200). Your body may need some recuperation.
