Cold weather struggles!

I exercised at a gym for the first time in about a month. The reason I stopped was because my membership ran out and I was working a lot at my manual labor job. But I haven't been working as much there so I finally got a new membership :smile: What do you like to do at the gym?

Things to do besides eating
I love eating so losing weight is extremely hard for me. I can't seem to fight the biological urge to overeat. I have yet to find an activity that truly keeps my mind off food. The activities I do for fun such as watching tv shows and reading can be done while eating. So those don't work. Any ideas?

I cheat by adding food to the next day :/
I am embarrassed to admit this but I feel like I cheat on my food diary. I will add food to the next day when I eat it late at night. It doesn't even have to be after midnight.
