I used to have that same problem. And now I only eat low calorie treats. I still get a dessert but stay within my calorie goal. I don't buy desserts anymore that I know I will overindulge on.

You can set goals on mfp but it doesn't give you feedback on whether or not you are meeting the goal

I don't have an Xbox but I do play Just Dance on my Wii U. Just Dance is a great way to exercise!

I don't because they are so low in calories for me it isn't worth the time. I would only log them if you eat a ton of vegetables and they count for a significant amount of calories.

I didn't do so well with the weigh in, but I did get in 165 minutes of exercise this week. I will have to keep up the exercise while lowering my food intake.

I didn't do so well this week but I plan on making the upcoming week better. I don't keep track of my water intake because drinking enough water has never been a problem for me. 150 minutes of exercise is a goal I will work towards though. I see you lost 2 pounds so far, criticlite. Congrats!

That is one of the rudest questions you can ask someone. I have been asked that about 10 times! People need to learn to mind their own business. If someone is pregnant and wants you to know they will tell you!!! It is okay to say "I don't feel comfortable discussing that with you."

I lost 0.2 pounds. I know that it didn't help going to Olive Garden. I should just ban myself from going there.

My weight went up also from 180 to 181.2. I am trying to look at it as a positive though. Because I realize I have to cut down more on my food intake and increase exercise.

Let's not make generalizations. Everyone has different dating preferences. It sounds like it doesn't have anything to do with being nice or not. It probably has to do with his difficulty in having a conversation with a woman as you said.
