I always have to eat something sweet after dinner, ALWAYS. Most sweet things are too high in fat and calories. Any ideas for low calorie/ low fat sweet snack at night?

I have a fudge bar every night - 80 calories - of pure chocolate bliss.0

I eat a York Peppermint Patty mini every night before I go to bed. 50 calories. If I have a few more calories left, I take a carefully weighed portion of dark chocolate Bark Thins (or any other dark chocolate), break it into small pieces and mix it with 1/2 cup of Quaker Oat Squares. Bonus: the cereal is iron-fortified. Note: why are you worried that a snack be "low fat?"0

First, try pre logging your day to include that snack.
Frozen grapes
skinny cow's
personally, I try to make cheesecake fit

Personally I LOVE Fiber one brownies. Just 90 calories and I swear they taste like real brownies. I also like the cinnamon ones. Microwaved for a couple seconds especially. I have also been loving Yasso frozen yogurt bars. Most are 100 calories. And for a few extra at 150 calories, mini magnums. Oh and mini twix ice cream bars also 90 calories. Or there's snickers. Dole also makes frozen chocolate covered fruit (bananas, strawberries, and pineapple) all under 100 calories. I also love a good pudding cup. I get full sugar because they're low enough in calorie.
Fellow sweet tooth here in case it wasn't obvious lol.0 -

Ok. How many calories are you trying to stay under?
I recently found some nice biscotti that come to about 100 cals /4g fat that are nicely sweet and go great with some decaf.
Ghirardelli dark chocolate squares come to about 50 cals each.

Thanks guys! Great ideas! Low fat because I've had a little gallbladder trouble in the past, so I watch my fat intake.0

Not sure on the low fat, but for low calorie... Lindt chocolate truffle balls are 70 cal each; Nature's Own cinnamon raisin bread is 80 cal per slice; Jet Puff jumbo marshmallows are 25 cal each. Then, there's always fruit...0

Most of my food is nutritious and healthy, full of veggies, fruit, whole grain, lean meat and other good stuff. But I have been known to eat a serving of Froot Loops dry as a night snack if I really want to!0

I used to have that same problem. And now I only eat low calorie treats. I still get a dessert but stay within my calorie goal. I don't buy desserts anymore that I know I will overindulge on.0

Bomb pop. 40 calories0

I have a sweet tooth as well. I make sure to fit some sort of "sweet treat" into my calorie goal for the day. Yasso- Frozen greek yogurt bars. All kinds of delicious flavors from 80-100 calories. Sea salt caramel and coffee chocolate chip are my favorites!0

Tonight I had some plain greek yogurt and a teaspoon of honey to hit the spot. Frozen banana is also good and I also so love a few teaspoons of desiccated coconut and some cocoa powder mixed together - tastes like a bounty bar but a better portion size!0

Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding cup with Bear Naked granola on top. (I like the maple pecan)0

It depends on what you like. A lot of sugar free stuff doesn't leave me satisfied AT ALL because of the aftertaste. I'd rather have the real stuff...
So, depending on the calories...
-one serving of ice cream for 110-340 calories (Edy's slow churn stuff is good, IMO)
- chocolate (one square is 30-50 calories)
- caramels! So satisfying to me for just 30ish calories
- ice cream bars - a bunch are 100-130 calories, fruit ones can be less
- kozy shack pudding - 130 calories (the 90 calorie stuff is nasty IMO)
Those are my favorites. Sometimes just my gummy vitamins are enough though, or those delicious Yoplait Whips Greek yogurts (100 calories), especially if I dip strawberries in them.
