get started already!!! I'm reading, but finding myself looking ahead to see when I cant start my lifting and eating. Ahhhh. I am so excited and want to just try it already. Anybody else just start the book and just ready to get on it?!? Any tips and/or advice?? Any resultssssssss?!?!

My BMR is 1468..what does that mean..lol Im just making sure that my net calorie of 1400 is good. I mean I have been losing and Im doing fine, but...just wanted to checkkkk since my VMR is 1468, whatever that means lol

I want to start lifting weights after I pass this PT test (hopefully). I see the success stories and think maybe I need that to change my body up a little bit. How did you start off? How do you know how many reps, how much weight and all that good stuff?? Has it been working for you as well??

I find that some people say they lose weight by upping their calorie intake. When do you know if thats someting you should do and when should you do it?

I'm so tickled!
Ok, so it's not MUCH but I am 6 lbs away from my pre pregnancy weight (losing 14 lbs so far...since the begining of March)!!!!!! Ahhh, I can just scream and I will once I get home. I just wanted to share that because it gets me even more excited for the things to come! :)
