Need to get rid of tireeee!!! Help pleasee pleaseee

I just wanted to know if anyone has any tips on my pouch and sides, Its like a tire wrapped around my body! Bleh. I'm losing weight everywhere else but there (of course) LoL I dont know if I should start doing weights, or if I just keep running and doing my normal exercised and diet.

HELP PLEASEEE!

    You can lift weights to build muscle, but unfortunately, you can't spot reduce. All you can do is continue working hard on losing the fat. Hang in there.

    No, you can't spot reduce, but there are workouts that do target certain parts of your body. I do JM 30 day shred. When you get to the reverse crunch of the workout she mentions that it helps to get rid of the pouch that women hate. Since I've been doing 30 DS I've seen a lot of fat reduce from my "love handles"
