30 day Shred Jillian Michaels-Info HELP PLEASE

I have been hearing a lot about this 30 day shred. Is this something you can do at home??? Who recommends it and why? Just wondering!

Also, if you have done it, does it help with situps and push ups?!?!

Any help is appreciated! Im looking into it and just want to see if it really helps you!

    It is a DVD that you can do at home in about 25 minutes...great workout
  • if its the same one I have, its 3 phases also, beginner, med, advanced. Good workout, no weights or equipment required if I remember correctly. Haven't done it for a while, but I remember being good and sore the last time I did it.
