Thank you all! So with my tdee, I don't eat back my exercise calories, correct? I hope not because that's what I've been doing.. So it says my BMR is 1393 and my TDEE is 2160 to lose fat at 15%deficit I should be eating 1836 calories. So I will work on losing weight then gaining muscle. And I shouldn't eat back my calories…

Which one is better? I mean when I do weights am I able to calculate that into MFP?

So, this is confusing me. Sorry people! Should I set my goal to .5 lbs a week and eat calories burned or use my TDEE and not eat back calories (just put it as my goal and not calculate exercise just log in what I eat). Or should it be the same??

I can eat more carbs because I am running more, but protein. Def, good on this!! But yes, I will continue to watch what I eat and just eat more of it!

So with the TDEE I will not eat back the calories I burned? I can just customize my goal settings to resemble my TDEE (which is more than what I had!) on fitness pal instead of using the guided one. I put .5 lbs and it was still lower than what the website said I should be eating

well, Im 28 female 150 5'4 I have a desk job,but exercise everday. I'm thinking like someone said, I am not fueling my body enough..which could be it, but then I dont want to over eat...

You'll have a love/hate relationship with it. LoL I'm on week 4 and prior to it always I dread looking on the calendar to see what the day holds, but when Im done (usually sprawled on the ground) its sooo worth it! Hi!!! So just started week 4 of it and yes Insanity and I have a love hate relationship! I have realized my endurance is getting better and I'm toning up. I actually sweat too!! LoL

I pretty much go into muscle failure a lot during insanity. Lol I just finished week one, but wasn't ever really that sore the next day. Maybe a smidge, but not how I thought which I'd really weird to me. I feel if I'm not dore, I'm not doing something

Have you tried any of the Jillian Michaels dvds? I tried the 30 day shred and liked it!! I def don't think its half as a workout as Insanity.

Yeah, ill just eat them cus the non workout calories is basing on if I dont workout, which I technically am doing..by running.
