So, I gained around 4 lbs since my fiancee has been back from his deployment and I am trying to get back to my regular size, but when I put in my goal it is telling me to eat 1400 calories! Um, is that even possible?
I used to have 2000 in there..I read somewhere thats what I should be intaking, but now I forgot where I read that and dont know for sure now!
Does this seem to low for anyone else??

1400 sounds right. As a male It gives me 1680 calories to lose 1lb per week. 2000 is more like maintenance. You will not lose any weight if you are eating 2000 calories a day atleast at this point. That might have worked when you started but I see you already lost a lot of weight so yeah 1400 sounds good.0

If you put in the calculator that you are sedentary, then you should log your exercise calories and eat those back. If you are also in the military with a small child, I doubt you are sedentary.0
