I make something similar but sub non-fat, plain Greek yogurt for the mayo.

Thank you for mentioning the yogurt option. I like to eat tuna but I am trying to cut the mayo out. I will try this next time. Thank you!

I made this tonight. Delicious. I didn't add the mustard, as I'm not a fan, but this is definitely a recipe where that you can adjust, put in, or leave out as you want.

I served it over a bed of leaf lettuce and sliced tomatoes. I also pulled out a few Keebler Club crackers to see how the salad would taste as a spread on the crackers. The buttery taste of the crackers combined with the tuna and avocado was really good.

This recipe is definitely going on the "keep and make again soon" pile.

    Thanks for posting it.

I make a tuna avocado salad but a bit differently.

    1 can tuna
half a red onion chopped(wash with cold water and salt to take off the bitterness)
    2 celery sticks chopped
    one tomato chopped
    2 limes
*combine it all with a little salt and pepper
*on a bowl add a cup or 2 of spring mix add the mixture on top and then avocado in
    slices

How much avocado? I know it says one small, but 150 calories is really low for avocado so wondering how much by volume or weight.
