So, I'm assuming I cant add this in my exercise diary because I have no idea how many calories I burned. Unlessss, anyone else know?

    Yea, I've been wondering the same thing. I tried to put in everything from the dvd but it said I burned 121 calories, and I know I burned wayyyy more than that.

    I'm 29 years old, 5'7" and weight about 186. I wear a heart rate monitor and I usually burn around 200. Hope that helps.

    I just input it as circuit training for however long I performed it. I realize I burn more than MFP says, but I'd rather be cheated extra eating calories than overestimate what I burned off. At least until I invest in a HRM

    Oh and some people log it as "Circuit Training General" but MFP overestimates.
