how accurate are body fat analyzer scales?
weight is 154, body fat was 38% 5ft 1 hydration 45% hydration tends to stay the same a lot. i was just wondering how accurate this is to determine fat %

when i am doing zumba i am usually averaging at around 150bpm on my HRM sometimes up to 155. when doing 30 day shred its usually anything up to 140 and i know that includes toning and strength and zumba is pure cardio. i have a lot of fat to lose my scales are estimating me to have 35% body fat so what im asking is is it…

logging HR with two different exercises.
so today i did 20 minutes of high intensity zumba, then i had a 5 minute rest in which my HR came down to around 130. i then went straight into 30 day shred level 2 and gave me a higher hr of 155 through the whole dvd? do i log it as 2 seperate exercises or 40 minutes of cardio and the average over the 40 minutes?

carbs are my enemy
i think i found the problem to my weight loss stalls, carbs... slowly been creeping in again even though i am keeping the calories down i seem to have a problem with crisps, potatoes,pizza,chips, pasta rice etc when i cut it out the weight comes off. surely this cant be a coincidence?

i have a desk job i do 1-2 hours of cardio 6 times a week, i am 5ft1 and 167lbs? i keep finding calculators differing greatly. i currently eat 1200 calories and when i work out i sometimes eat 1-200 back depending on whether i feel hungry or not.

i bloody gained weight!!!!

i usually do zumba twice a day and use www.zumbacalories.com and i dont know if its accurate. i am 5ft 166lbs and female i usually workout for 20 minutes to an hour 1-2 times a day usually 6 days a week. would a heart rate monitor be more beneficial?
