logging HR with two different exercises.

so today i did 20 minutes of high intensity zumba, then i had a 5 minute rest in which my HR came down to around 130. i then went straight into 30 day shred level 2 and gave me a higher hr of 155 through the whole dvd? do i log it as 2 seperate exercises or 40 minutes of cardio and the average over the 40 minutes?
