Well i have been praticing push ups and i have notice that when i do the real push ups or even the "girl" push ups i dont bend my arms. I dont know how to ask this but if i can still bring myself up is it still a push up?

Well i got on the scale today i am offically under 260 i have not been under that since 2007. I am going for next month to be under 250 hope i can do it since the last time i was under 250 was when i was freshman in high school. But i love MFP it is really helping me out. :)
