Well i want to start working out but i dont know a good workout plan. I want to lose my stomache and thieghs but never know what machines or even workouts to do. Any advice thank you.

  • DON'T STRESS YOURSELF SO MUCH. just get to the gym and do something, anything. unfortunately, you can't just spot treat, so you can't expect to only lose weight from certain areas of your body. cardio machines, even just the treadmill, will help you lose fat, strengthen your heart, and speed up your metabolism. weight machines will help tone and increase muscle size, which will in turn help burn calories faster, because the more muscle mass you have, the more fat you will burn!

    I agree with nikki :) At first, you should just start somewhere. If you have weight to lose, start with cardio. Alternate the treadmill with the bicycle. Start small and build up. Don't keep walking at the same pace, though, you need to change it up to burn more calories. Try walking for 15 minutes at a slow pace at first, then slowly build up to 30 minutes then 40, and get faster and faster. I would focus on cardio for a month or so before adding strength training. If you join a gym they might help you witha program. at first, cardio is your best bet for losing kilos, then later add strength, as the more muscle you build, the more calories you burn even when you are resting. Unfortunately, muscle doesn't mean a lot if it is under too much fat, so start by focusing on that :) Don't try to start off doing too much or you will burn out. Start small, and don't be too hard on yourself.
