Ouch my thighs hurt!!!!
I have been going to the gym for a while but I have been given some new excercises to do. Machine squats, box squats, oppositionals (opposite leg and arm raises while kneeling on the foor) and planks. I did this 2 days in a row and now my thighs are killing me!!! Oh well I am sure this will get better right????!!!!

Had sleeve op and now home, now the hard work begins!!
As above really. The operation went well and the consultant seemed pleased. Am now increasing my liquids and trying to get my calories up over 200! I can't believe it has only been 2 days since I had quite major surgery. Now the journey really begins.
