A food challenge for you all!!!

I have to eat pureed food with as much protein as possible for the next two weeks. I need something that doesn't look disgusting or taste like baby food!

    Protein shakes/smoothies. Lots of different variations. You can use fruits AND vegetables, add in some greek yogurt or tofu (silk tofu) for protein - nuts, nut oils, nut butters (coconut butter YUM!). That's pretty much all I've got lol
  • protein smoothie

    1 serving vanilla whey protein powder

    1 container yogurt of whatever flavor/type you like best

    1 cup apple juice

    1/4 cup any type of berries you like

    blend together

    can you put protein powder in other foods and make like really thick fruit purée?

    I am going to try that. I tried adding some to soup the other day..........biiiiiiiiig mistake!!!
