hrm with chest strap or wrist band type?
I've had my HRM with chest strap for about a month. The strap really is uncomfortable, I've tried it in many different locations. Seems to bother me in all positions. Who has just the wrist band type and what is your opinion of it? Respond quickly, I have 4 more days before I have to send this one back.

I have been riding a bike for about 3/4 weeks now. Averaging an hour or two.. Lately, I'm finding it very hard to go long periods of time. My thighs are killing me. Calorie Intake!!! What is to few or to much?

I was just going to throw out a tip.... How many of you drink while eating? I will drink up until I start eating and then I won't drink anything when I start eating and continue that for one hour after I eat. And then I drink like a fish. That way, your food stays with you longer.

Reducing carbs while still eating fried food
I have found that if you want the breading without the carbs. Take Pork Skins, ground them up, if you do a wet dip(as in eggs) dip your choice of meat in wet dip and then in ground up pork skins. You can fry or grill, it gives a better crust than other breading. It's really good.
