Does anyone have a Polar FT7?

My time and date is.wrong!!! Does anyone know how to change it? My manual is not giving any info on how to.do it!!! Any help would be.appreciated. thanks.

    Hit the top right button and go to settings.

    Go to general settings, and then use the bottom button to cycle through the options till you hit time/date.

    You can also go to polar.com and download the full manual.. it will tell you in there too.
