eating at maintenance and losing weight?
I have a question for all of you. I was wondering if I would still lose a pound a week if I was to eat at my maintenance calories which is 1900 and burn 3500 calories a week (not eating those calories back)? IS my HRM accurate?
Hello, SO I purchased a wrist HRM. I used it today while doing my aerobic exercise for 55 minutes and was taking my heart rate often during exercise. At the end it said that I burned 756 calories in those 55 minutes. Can this be right? It seems really high. Please give me feedback on this. THANK YOU

CRAMPING IN LEGS
Hello, I started progressively working out last week. I did Jillian 30DS and 1 mile walk every day. This week I have only been walking 4 miles a day. However I noticed yesterday that my leg muscles keep cramping up and it's hard for me to even walk. Has anyone else experienced this or should i be worried?

Pigging out one day a week
I am curious, I had a personal trainer tell me once that as long as I work out regularly every day and watch my calorie intake 6 days a week, that one day a week I can eat whatever I want and not hurt my weight loss. What do you guys think about this, and has anyone actually done it?
