Hello,
SO I purchased a wrist HRM. I used it today while doing my aerobic exercise for 55 minutes and was taking my heart rate often during exercise. At the end it said that I burned 756 calories in those 55 minutes. Can this be right? It seems really high. Please give me feedback on this. THANK YOU

Depends on what you were doing and how hard you were working. I've burned close to 700 calories in an hour.0
