CRAMPING IN LEGS

Hello,
I started progressively working out last week. I did Jillian 30DS and 1 mile walk every day. This week I have only been walking 4 miles a day.
However I noticed yesterday that my leg muscles keep cramping up and it's hard for me to even walk.
Has anyone else experienced this or should i be worried?
