Minimum Exercise Calories per Day while Maintaining
So we talk a lot about how much we eat to maintain, has anyone reduced the number of Exercise Calories they spend every day? I still log every day and my exercise varies, but never below 300.... Thoughts?comments?

PHillips Air Fryer?
Has anyone utilized a Phillips Air Fryer? A friend of mine got one to get over their deep fried anything addiction... it does look like a fast way to cook small cuts of meats and quickly cook a meal. I like that it uses Pam or other spray on cooking oil... do you have a favorite recipe if you do use one?
