Check out the May 2013 Self issue - Kelly Osborne talks quite a bit on how she stays motivated to keep the 70 pounds she lost off.. Including one of my motivators of choice - the Nike Fuel Band....
Her main point is that she does at least 30 minutes of cardio every day and then yoga, pilates or weights, based on how she feels that day.. She also hula hoops instead of going to clubs some Saturday nights..
