Looking to move my fitness to the next level

So I am more than pleased with my 2012 journey to better health.. .I have been trying to come up with goals for 2013 and here is one I found -

The article says moderate fitness can be measured by being able to run a mile in under 10 minutes. So I have goal #1!

The other goal I want to accomplish is pushing myself to be able to do 60 minutes straight of barre 3, so I can take adult ballet classes at the Houston Ballet. That would be goal #2.

Of course, I want to maintain my current weight of 129. Thank you 2012 MFP'ers for helping me get rid of 45 pounds!

Anyone else ready to put their 2013 goals our there ?
