Low fat without the spike in sodium?
I got the news that my cholesterol levels are high, and I need to act now before I develop heart disease and stuff. I don't want to skip out on flavor, but I don't want to increase my sodium intake. What fats should I be using in order to help lower my LDL levels but raise my HDL levels? I feel so lost. :(

Chia seeds.
I recently bought a huge tub of chia seeds to help boost my fiber intake. So far I've only put them in some yogurt, which gave it a neat consistency and texture. I'm thinking it would be a good garnish on a salad, but I'd like to get some ideas. Thanks. :)

I love my scale today.

Protein shakes after exercise
Do they really help with preventing soreness? I guess I'm just kind of skeptical, but I gave in and drank a shake after I did Insanity Pure Cardio. I'm hoping it's true that they really help keep you from being super sore, because that was rough!!
