I love my scale today.

As of today, I weigh 159.2 pounds. I haven't been under 160 in over 2 years. I fit in a pair of jeans that I haven't worn since I got pregnant with my second child. I can see the changes in my body, and it is awesome.

I am now less than 30 pounds from my goal weight. I also believed the hype techniques when it came to women losing weight. I thought it would be hard, I thought I'd fail or bounce back with weight gain.

I did not know it would be this EASY! Eat healthy, whole foods, drink water, and do some moderate exercises--watch the numbers on the scale go down.

That is seriously motivating. :)
