Would you have a cheat day for FREE Chic-Fil-A?

It's Cow Appreciation Day at Chic-Fil-A. We participated a few years ago, and it was a lot of fun. HOWEVER.. we weren't working hard to lose weight and get healthy like we are now.

It's so hard to decide! LOL

    Unfortunately we don't have a Chik-Fil-A in this area but I wish we did because I've heard good things about them. If we did have a Chic-Fil-A here, I'd sure enough participate since it's free. :smile:

    mommared - No Chic-Fil-A.... Stop what ever you are doing. Go to the bank and get a loan to open one. Everywhere I see a Chick-FIl-A it is always busy. All day long.

    Do you like Chic Fil A? Are you willing to get in extra exercise to compensate for the calories? If yes, go for it.

    And it doesn't have to blow your whole day. Eat reasonably.

    Nope. One of the biggest supporters of anti-gay legislature in the country. Don't support human rights, I won't support you. No matter how f'n delicious your food is.

    Chick-fil-a is IMO BY FAR the most overrated place I have ever been to.

    I just don't get what the big deal is.
