need some support!

I'm ready for this. I started my journey last year, and lost 20 pounds through healthy eating and exercise. Then BAM! I got pregnant with baby number 3! Right when I got back to my prepregnancy weight from #2.

I am now 6 months postpartum, and I'm ready. I'm eating better again, and I just started Focus T25. I'm curently on Alpha Week 1 day 3. Today was so tough, and my body is sore!

It looks like a lot of my friends that were active last year are no longer working it. Please add me, and lets rock this together!
