Addicted to MFP
Is anyone else addicted to MFP? Thanks to my iPhone, I probably log onto MFP like 6-7 times a day. My husband makes fun of me and my MFP friends. Calories vs crap
How important is it to watch what you're eating as opposed to counting calories? Frankly , I will eat crap some days but I'm still within my calories.

Recovery drink
I'm a runner and for the longest time I was drinking 'AminoVital Pro' grape flavor. Now they have discontinued it. I've tried other products but can't seem to find anything that I love. Right now I am drinking 'Cytomax' grape flavor and am OK with it. What recovery drink, if any, are you drinking?

Is it OK to have a calorie intake of say 1400 and then burn 1200 and not take in any extra calories? Make sense?

Starting P90X
Just waiting for my chin up bar to arrive this week then ready to go. I've read a lot of posts about the P90X and I'm really looking forward to it. My only issue is I don't like to take supplements. rotator cuff injury
Ok, last night I somehow injured my shoulder. I felt it before going to bed. I googled and figured it's an acute tear in my rotator cuff. My question is can I still run? I'm going to wait and see if it goes away in a few days. I'm icing it as I type. Tomorrow is a run day and I don't want to miss it.
