OK not a fitness question, but why do people post 'BUMP'? What does this mean? I see it all the time.

They're "bumping" a thread to the top of the list, in order to call attention to it0

It also puts it on your list of topics you've posted. Sometimes I "bump" recipes, or threads that have lots of info I want or need, so that I will be able to find them again later.0
