Core synergistics is one of the higher calorie burning workouts. I really love that one.

Remember you don't necessarily need to eat back all of your exercise calories, but if you notice yourself not as strong as the week goes on you may want to start eating a little more.

Quickie: If I'm eating 1200 cal/ day to lose 1 lb/ week and then lose say 400 cal during exercise am I then not eating enough to lose the weight? Make sense? I was told something about your body doing something when you're not eating enough.

i bought the Timex T5G971 Unisex Sports... $38.85 at amazon last week. Last night was my first time using it. I was Very surprised when it said i burned that many calories. I did up my calories from 1200 to 1800, i ate all but 400 calories back yesterday. I lost 11 lbs in about 6 weeks and then was at a stand still for a week and counting, so me and my fiance decided to give p90x a go again to jump start some more results. I figured i wasn't loosing for two reasons: not eating enough and not enough exercise.

the HRM came with the chest strap and was very easy to program.

Note: last night was our day 1, we tried p90x 2 other times but never did more than 2 weeks due to lack of motivation. I'll let you know how many calories I burn tonight doing cardio X

Thats probably just an example of your body adapting to the workout and food you were eating. Thats why p90X focussed so much on muscle confusion, because it doesn't allow the body to adapt. The food part of the P90X workout also switches up every 4 weeks. Good luck.
