help with my ratio..
I was 'advised' by my Tacio health thing to aim for 50% carbs in my daily eating but not sure about a few things.. if I go for 50% what should the protein and fat be? 30/20? 25/25? also is 50% sensible? I'm just looking to lose weight and slowly tone up if this helps :)

At my heaviest I was around 250-255lbs but I can't seem to find many pics of it so these are some of my 'worst' before pics along with some badly taken new pics..
