Ah I miss being in halls! Omelettes, tortilla wrap pizzas or bagel pizzas (put topping on a wrap or bagel and whack in the oven til crispy), home made chips with chicken, stirfry, pasta with loads of different sauces and veg - can use left overs for the next day, jacket potatoes, I used to do enchiladas a lot.. And a fee months ago a man told me that I was part of the nations obesity problems because I fared to eat a gummy sweet in public.. *sigh*

take measurements of the same areas on your body every month, that way along with the scales going down you can see where the inches are being lost as well - that's a massive boost :)

i did an hour in the gym and walked there and back so 1hr 20mins so im pretty even now with the time i owed cause of night shifts :)

ok so im going to do a 30min walk and then hopefully when I get back from that I will find one of my fitness dvds and do that for the first time in ages.. I'm also cleaning my room today so doing lots more activity than I normally would on my day off!!

stick at it hun, i lost 50lbs a few years back but managed to gain nearly 30lbs back, im slowly getting back into the swing of things and I know its hard but you did it once so you know you can do it again :) x
