help with my ratio..

I was 'advised' by my Tacio health thing to aim for 50% carbs in my daily eating but not sure about a few things..

if I go for 50% what should the protein and fat be? 30/20? 25/25?

also is 50% sensible? I'm just looking to lose weight and slowly tone up if this helps :)

    40/30/30 probably best, 50 sounds a little too high :)

    50 wouldn't me my goal either, but to answer the question I would say 35P / 15F as higher protein diets generally do better.
