Taking up PoleDancing

heyyy!
right so i took the plunge and next week am starting pole dancing lessons.. its only a set of 6 but I am ridiculously excited about it..
anyway my question is how on earth do I log it and more to the point should i?!
I managed to throw my hrm away and whilst I know i will get a good workout in terms of strength training is it worth me logging it as anything for my diary?
any help would be useful!!

Sounds like fun! I wish we had stuff like that where I live. Oh well.
I would think it would be worth while logging. Not cardio, per se, but it should be a good endurance work out. I hope you get some helpful answers!0 -
They have belling dancing on here. I'd log it under that. Or google how many cal's lost in pole dancing. Plenty of websites have the info.
