My name is Hannah and I turn the big old 2-1 next week!!
I've been trying to get healthier and shift some of the excess baggage for a while now but since doing a blood pressure excersize at college and found out that i possibly have pre high blood pressure I realised that I really do need to do something!

    Happy Early Birthday!!! This is was one of the best gifts you can give yourself!!! I wish you the best and know that there are a lot of people (me included) on here doing the same thing!!!
