Potatoes and Potassium
This is probably a stupid question, but I am curious to the answer. When I cook my potatoes with skin on, be it frying, baking, etc, does it affect the potassium amount?

Lifting weights while in a deficit
I am currently in the process of losing fat/weight. I have been doing Stronglifts 5x5. My question is what do I do when I stall? Do I continue to lift the weight I am able, or is there another alternative?

Shoes for women with very wide feet.
My feet are 4 inches across. I find it difficult to find decent shoes at all much less any under 100 bucks. Anyone have any advice for shoes to workout in? I do aerobics and lifting and just started C25k as well.

Polar FT4 issue...maybe
I just recently got my first HRM and boy what an opener. I have noticed, at times during my workouts, the screen on the watch part will flash back to the clock then back to the HRM readout.
