I noticed a change in my ticker this morning. It now says I have 116# to lose. MFP is getting really pushing now! I'm not sure I can meet their new goal for me..... :laugh:

homemade pasta question!
I am making homemade pasta tonight for dinner guests on Friday. (Yes, it's fast and normally made the day I use it, but it a very bus busy week, this just works better.) Ladies.... How many sports bras do you own? I have(had) 4, but can never seem to find a clean one. I bought two more on sale at Target today. MADE MY MAY GOAL!!!
i have been doing SL5X5 for about 4 weekss now. My goal was to deadlift my body weight by the end off this week. WOOT! I hit my goal and lifted my body weight! I dead lifted 7# more than my bodyweight actually!!! I did just lift the same weights as last week for my squats and OHP, though.

It seems the weights will not go below the suggested low/start. For the 45# at least. I tried to change my squats and OHP to 30# on the app, but can't is there another way to change them? I did note the lower weights in the note section though. Disappointed that I can't get it to change.
