Veggie ideas?
I am making salmon with a lemon dill butter sauce and srpouted rice and quinoa for dinner and want to add a veggie. Normally we stick to things like green beans, corn, potatoes, squash etc for sides but i want something different. Any ideas?

eating to few cals- how bad is it?
In the month I have been doing this I have gotten the message twice that I am eating to few calories. I didn't eat until dinner tonight and a late night snack. Is it really going to hurt me to once in a while eat to few calories? Should I go find another snack even though I am not hungry?

What do you do to help stress?
Normally I eat a bunch of really bad for me foods when I get super stressed, I don't want to do that, but I don't know what to do to help when stress gets to be to much.
