This is only day 3 for me and while I have been walking the last 3 days for at least 20 minutes 3 times a day today i am stuck at home with 3 kids under 9 (only 1 is mine) and my grandma who has dimentia.... there is no way I can take all of them on a walk. Do you have any suggestions for something I can do quickly and easily? I can't leave my house and leave them here, I can't even get in the pool (grandma hates water and will wander off if i am not watching her every minute). I've only had 2 hours of sleep and need to either do something for a burst of energy or I am worried I will go find something unhealthy to eat. Please help. Thanks

You could do some push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, jogging in place etc. Just 5 min will get your heartrate up and you could do several sets throughout the day. It adds up!
Or turn on some music and dance around with the kids!0 -
