Snacking late at night has always been a big problem for me- I have about given up trying not to and instead am thinking a late night healthy snack might be the way to go- heres my question- Say I eat something tonight after midnight but before I go to sleep would I count it on Fridays foods or Saturdays? Thanks

Wont matter. You can choose either. Might want to be consistent about it for tracking purposes.

I usually record it for the next morning if it is after midnight. I don't think it will matter which one you do, though.

I always snack at midnight, but it's because I sleep different hours than others. If I'm under calories for the day I would track it as today's, but if I'm over then for tomorrows Meal 1. As long as you are within your weekly calorie goal, then I say you're doing just fine!

I consider when I wake up to when I go to sleep a day for me...I sleep weird hours... lol. so I just do it as the day it was before midnight because I haven't yet slept (therefore making it the next 'day')...but I don't think it matters.

I made a separate 'snack' meal before breakfast because I'm up until 3-4 am usually. Doesn't matter what time you eat, eating late at night being bad is just a myth. What matters is how much you eat throughout the day

I always track on the "previous" day if I haven't gone to bed yet, even if it's 1 AM. Due to some acid reflux things, it helps a lot to eat something right before bed. It used to be cruddy stuff, but for a couple months now I eat a cucumber for a snack before bed. Love it!
